Lincoln International offers a 10-week summer analyst internship program, for undergraduates in between their junior and senior years.

As a Summer Analyst at Lincoln, you will work in a demanding, yet supportive, team-oriented environment with high levels of exposure to senior bankers within the firm. The position is extremely challenging at times, but offers an excellent learning experience and provides a solid foundation upon which an individual can build a successful career.

This position has the opportunity to turn into a full time position given performance. Lincoln expects Summer Analysts to turn into Full Time Analysts once they graduate and has a strong track record of only taking on the number of Summers they expect to be able to offer full time positions to.

Interested candidates should demonstrate the following abilities:

- High levels of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Self-motivated with strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

Candidates should also maintain a 3.5 GPA and be able to talk competently about topics in the areas of finance and accounting.
