In this session, participants will have the opportunity to engage in capacity building on how to engage in difficult dialogue across differences as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Attendees will engage in a series of conversation that prioritize active and reflective listening, respect, and empathy to better understand the challenges of these types of conversations.
