This session examines organizational development and change strategies that have proven to be effective at both departmental and institutional levels, and by individuals at any level of an organization. The strategies are asset-based and prioritize value-driven processes to facilitate and sustain meaningful change. Participants will learn the foundation of these strategies and will apply them to projects they are working on at CMC.
