WHO ARE WE?
KHAVARIAN & RATH was founded based on the apparent need we saw in our industry. By being emerging leaders in Fortune 500 companies and constantly trying to build great work forces for the future, we realized there is not only a lack of these individuals but also a gap between the knowledge individuals obtain from the standard curriculum during their undergrad/graduate education vs. what is actually needed in the jobs to have greater success.
Christina Khavarian, CMC ’12, realized this lack of readiness specifically once graduating from Claremont McKenna College, and had the opportunity to be mentored by Abhisek Rath as he was one of her first clients.
Through the years both Abhisek and Christina rose through their respective company’s ranks and recognized as some of the quickest to do so in Fortune 500 companies.
